One police officer killed, two wounded in car bombing in Chechnya
MOSCOW. Aug 27 (Interfax) - One police officer died and two more were wounded in the bombing of a police UAZ vehicle in Achkhoi-Martan district of Chechnya, a source in law enforcement has told Interfax.
The source said that the vehicle of the local police carrying three officers hit a bomb in the outskirts of the village of Bamut at 8 a.m. on Monday.
