Rosnedra to hold auctions for 7 hydrocarbon sections in Yamal-Nenets district Oct 30
SALEKHARD. Aug 27 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Subsurface Resources Agency (Rosnedra) will conduct auctions for seven hydrocarbon sections in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District on October 30, Yamalnedra said in a statement.
Only Russian companies will be allowed to compete for four of those sections: Arkatoysky, Ivlevsky, Maloyangtinsky and Kheyginsky. Russian and foreign companies will be able to participate in the auctions for the Vavilovsky, Lakyugansky and Polnochny sections.
Applications to participate in the auctions will be taken until September 21, inclusive.
The starting price for the Arkatoysky section is 87.5 million rubles. C3 oil reserves at the section total 3.4 million tonnes, D1 reserves - 14.876 million tonnes, and D2 - 3.877 million tonnes. D1 gas reserves come to 23.142 billion cubic meters (bcm), and D2 - 1.632 bcm. D1 condensate reserves stand at 1.333 million tonnes, and D2 - 129,000 tonnes.
For the Ivlevsky section, the starting price is 12 million rubles. D1 oil reserves at Ivlevsky are 7.546 million tonnes, and D2 - 2.548 million tonnes. C3 gas reserves total 1.806 bcm, D1 reserves - 3.549 bcm, and D2 - 1.02 bcm. C3 condensate reserves come to 158,000 tonnes, D1 - 362,000 tonnes, and D2 - 92,000 tonnes.
The Maloyangtinsky section has a 29-million-ruble starting price. C3 oil reserves total 2 million tonnes, D1 - 5.886 million tonnes, and D2 - 3.369 million tonnes. D1 gas reserves come to 2.288 bcm, and D2 - 742 million cu m. D1 condensate reserves are at 246,000 tonnes, and D2 - 67,000 tonnes.
The starting price for the Kheyginsky section is 428 million rubles. C3 oil reserves total 42.877 million tonnes, D1 - 50.342 million tonnes, and D2 - 17.566 million tonnes. D1 gas reserves are at 25.67 bcm, and D2 - 8.484 bcm. D1 condensate reserves stand at 2.853 million tonnes, and D2 - 764,000 tonnes.
For the Vavilovsky section, the starting price is 14 million rubles. D1 oil reserves total 9.259 million tonnes, and D2 - 3.165 million tonnes. C3 gas reserves come to 22 bcm, D1 - 5.716 bcm, and D2 - 5.554 bcm. C3 condensate reserves total 2 million tonnes, D1 - 853,000 tonnes, and D2 - 161,000 tonnes.
The Lakyugansky section has a starting price of 434.5 million rubles. C3 oil reserves total 61.8 million tonnes, D1 - 13.944 million tonnes, and D2 - 5.641 million tonnes. D1 gas reserves come to 9.24 bcm, and D2 - 4.283 bcm. D1 condensate reserves stand at 1.266 million tonnes, and D2 - 386,000 tonnes.
The Polnochny section's starting price is 24 million rubles. C3 oil reserves come to 2.5 million tonnes, D1 - 16.403 million tonnes, and D2 - 5.607 million tonnes. C3 gas reserves total 25.5 bcm, D1 - 10.126 bcm, and D2 - 9.84 bcm. C3 condensate reserves are at 5 million tonnes, D1 - 1.511 million tonnes, and D2 - 285,000 tonnes.
