Demand for Bank Zenit's 5-bln-ruble 9th bond series tops 8.5 bln rubles
MOSCOW. Aug 30 (Interfax) - Demand for Bank Zenit's 5-billion-ruble ninth bond series topped 8.5 billion rubles at placement, the bank said in a press release.
Investors submitted 50 applications for the bonds with a coupon rate of 9%-9.4% per annum during marketing.
Bank Zenit fully placed its five-year bonds with face value of 1,000 rubles under open subscription on the MICEX on Wednesday.
The first coupon rate of 9.2% was set based on the results of book building. The bank accepted applications from August 14 to 24.
Guidance for the first coupon was originally set at 9.2%-9.4%, but it was later lowered to 9.2%-9.3%.
The Central Bank of Russia registered Bank Zenit's eighth through 11th bond series, totaling 18 billion rubles, this May, assigning them registration numbers 40803255
