RZD okay with any way its remaining Freight One stake is to be sold

MOSCOW. Aug 30 (Interfax) - OJSC Russian Railways (RZD) is amenable to any means by which the 25% stake in OJSC Freight One it still has is to be sold,, Senior RZD Vice President Vadim Mikhailov told the press on Thursday.

"Any way is fine with us that provides a maximum effect from the deal," Mikhailov said.

Federal state property fund Rosimuschestvo has the last word, he said. "Because they will determine the final form of the sale," he said.

Vladimir Lisin's UCL Holding has 75% minus two shares in Freight One now.
