Alexei Mozhin to be reelected IMF executive director for Russia

MOSCOW. Sept 4 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed an order nominating Alexei Mozhin for reelection as the executive director for Russia at the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

The document has been published on the Russian government's website.

Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, the Russian governor at the IMF, has been instructed to put forth Mozhin's candidature in the established order and to inform the managing director of the IMF.

The next elections for IMF executive directors are scheduled for the period from September 10 to October 12.

Mozhin has been the executive director for Russia at the IMF since 1994.
