Ukraine to accumulate 21 bcm of gas by start of heating season - Boyko

KYIV. Sept 5 (Interfax) - Ukraine intends to accumulate 21 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas by the start of the heating season, Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Minister Yuriy Boyko told the press in Kyiv on Wednesday.

"We will have 21 bcm of gas by the beginning of the heating season," he said. That is the same level as last year, although this year Ukraine has 1.5 million more tonnes of coal, he added.
