Rosneft restarts primary oil refining unit at Komsomolsk refinery
MOSCOW. Sept 7 (Interfax) - Rosneft's Komsomolsk Oil Refinery brought its AVT-2 primary oil refining unit back online on September 4 after scheduled capital repairs.
According to the Central Dispatching Department of the Fuel and Energy Complex (CDU TEK), the unit was under maintenance since August 12.
At the end of the week, Rosneft was set to remove the AVT-11 unit from unscheduled repairs at the Novokuybyshev Oil Refinery. It was also scheduled to relaunch the kerosene and diesel fuel hydrotreatment units, the catalytic cracking unit, catalytic reforming unit and isomerization unit, which were powered down on September 4.
At Rosneft's Syzran Oil Refinery, the thermal cracking unit started running again after unplanned repairs that started on August 17. Its catalytic cracking unit will be powered back up on September 21 after undergoing planned maintenance that commenced on September 5.
Meanwhile, Lukoil's refinery LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez plans to return its AVT-1 primary unit to operations on September 21 after scheduled capital repairs that started in the middle of August. At that same time, the diesel fuel hydrotreatment unit will be brought back online, and soon after the secondary fractionation unit will be relaunched.
At the end of September, LUKOIL-Ukhtaneftepererabotka will finish up the scheduled reconstruction of its AVT-1 unit, which has been ongoing since April, and will start up its visbreaking unit. In the middle of the month, the diesel fuel hydrotreatment unit and isomerization and catalytic reforming units will be hooked back up after planned capital repairs.
LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez plans to perform unscheduled repairs on its catalytic reforming unit from September 5 to 12.
