RusHydro add'l issue results in stake changes for members of management, directors boards

MOSCOW. Sept 10 (Interfax) - Members of OJSC RusHydro's management board and board of directors saw changes to their stakes in the company's capital as a result of an additional shares placement.

The chairman of RusHydro's management board, Evgeny Dod, saw his stake decline from 0.13% to 0.116083%. The stakes of two of his deputies, Rakhmetulla Alzhanov and Mikhail Mantrov, were reduced from 0.00005% to 0.000043% and 0.03% to 0.026694%, respectively. The stakes of management board members also fell - Yevgeny Gorev's was down from 0.0065% to 0.005981%; Stanislav Savin's - from 0.0035% to 0.003162%; Konstantin Bessmertny's - from 0.005% to 0.004722%; and Yury Gorbenko's - from 0.005% to 0.004662%. Member of the board of directors Boris Ayuev had his stake reduced from 0.01% to 0.009757%.

Meanwhile, management board member Boris Bogush's stake increased from 0.003% to 0.003151%.

These stakes underwent changes on September 6.

Russia's Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) registered RusHydro's additional issue of ordinary shares last week. The Russian power generating company placed 27,334,817,715 additional shares, or 30.71% of the total issue, under open subscription. The issue was assigned state registration number 1-01-55038-
