MOSCOW. Sept 12 (Interfax) - The Central Bank of Russia has registered a supplementary share issue for placement by private subscription by the Russian subsidiary of UniCredit Bank, the regulator said in a statement.

The bank is placing 594,530 shares, par value 16,820 rubles each. The supplementary share issue consists of 9,999,994,600 shares overall. The state registration number is 10200001
