Security tightened near State Duma building

MOSCOW. Sept 14 (Interfax) - Police have beefed up patrols along the perimeter of the State Duma building, where the final decision is to be made whether Gennady Gudkov, a lawmaker of A Just Russia faction will lose his parliamentary mandate.

"Several police vans with riot policemen and a city police regiment have been deployed on Tverskaya street and on Okhotny Ryad, where the Duma is located.

Police are also patrolling the streets adjacent to the building.
