Central Bank says capital inflow possible in Q3-4, expects $65 bln outflow in FY

MOSCOW. Sept 19 (Interfax) - Russia could have net capital inflow in Q3 or Q4 2012.

"I'm no ruling out [a shift in the trend] for the third or fourth quarters," Central Bank First Deputy Chairman Alexei Ulyukayev told reporters.

Ulyukayev said the CBR had adjusted its net capital outflow forecast for 2012 to $65 billion.

The Russian Economic Development Ministry worsened its 2012 outflow forecast to $50 billion-$60 billion in August.
