Govt okays LLC Deutsche Bank as agent for sale of 25% - 1 share of Sovcomflot

MOSCOW. Sept 24 (Interfax) - The Russian government has approved LLC Deutsche Bank to be the agent for the sale of 25% minus one share of OJSC Sovcomflot, as per a resolution issued Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed on September 20.

Sovcomflot is the largest shipping company in Russia, specializing in the transportation of oil, petroleum products and liquefied gas. It is also one of the biggest tanker fleet operators in the world.
