Draft directives on add'l RusHydro capitalization with Rosneftegaz dividends submitted to govt

MOSCOW. Sept 26 (Interfax) - Russia's Economic Development Ministry has submitted to the government a draft of directives for the additional capitalization of OJSC RusHydro , which operates the majority of Russia's hydroelectric power plants, with Rosneftegaz dividends, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich told the press.

He had said earlier that a decision on RusHydro's additional capitalization should be made this year or not later that the first quarter of 2013.
