Ukraine's govt appeals against court ruling ordering payment of $390 million to Russian Defense Ministry

KYIV. Sept 27 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian government has filed an appeal contesting the decision made by the Kyiv Economic Court ordering the payment to the Russian Defense Ministry of over 3.1 billion hryvni (some $390 million) in debts of the corporation United Energy Systems of Ukraine (EESU), the Justice Ministry press service reported on Thursday.
