Regulator registers 30 bln rubles in bonds for Bashneft

MOSCOW. Sept 28 (Interfax) - Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) has registered issues and a prospectus fir the issue of series 6, 7, 8 and 9 in bonds for oil company Bashneft , the FFMS said.

Series 6 and 7 will be 10 billion rubles each and series 8 and 9 will be 5 billion rubles each.

The bonds will mature in ten years.

The company has said the purpose of its bond placements is to give it "more tools to raise funding quickly for major transactions and for the further optimization of the debt portfolio."

Bashneft has series 1 to 4 bonds worth a combined 60 billion rubles outstanding.
