Ruble could become reserve currency - Medvedev

YALTA. Sept 28 (Interfax) - The ruble has every chance of becoming a full-fledged reserve currency, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has said.

"The current currency system is not stable, it requires an additional support, other additional reserve currencies. I think the ruble has in this sense every chance of being such a currency," Medvedev said at the international investment forum Yalta Business Meetings.
