S&P rates Megafon Finance "BBB-", on watch neg

MOSCOW. Sept 28 (Interfax) - Standard & Poor's has assigned a long-term rating of "BBB-" to Megafon Finance, an SPV for cellular provider Megafon , the agency said in a press release.

The rating was also assigned to a proposed 10 billion in fifth-series binds to be issued by Megafon Finance.

Both ratings were placed on CreditWatch Negative.
