Russian ship fined in Georgia

TBILISI. Sept 30 (Interfax) - The Georgian Coast Guard detained the Ruby Russian ship for breaking shipping rules.

"The Russian ship was fined for launching a boat in the outer harbor of the Poti seaport," the Georgian border police told reporters.

The charges were brought under Part 1, Article 114 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The fine may be up to $30,000 large.
