Russian Reserve Fund down 53 bln rubles, Welfare Fund 64 bln rubles in Sept

MOSCOW. Oct 1 (Interfax) - Russia's sovereign Reserve Fund contained just over 1.9 trillion rubles ($61.46 billion) and the National Welfare Fund (NWF) 2.709 trillion rubles ($87.61 billion) on October 1, down from 1.953 trillion rubles ($60.48 billion) and 2.772 trillion rubles ($85.85 billion), respectively on September 1, the Finance Ministry said.
