Russian oil exports to non-CIS up 0.9% in 9M

MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - Exports of Russian oil to countries outside the Commonwealth of Independent States amounted to 159.035 million tonnes in January-September (4.255 million barrels a day), which was a 0.9% year-on-year increase, according to Fuel and Energy Dispatch Center (TsDU TEK) figures.

Russia exported 17.753 million tonnes of oil just in September (4.338 million barrels a day).

The Russian oil pipeline company OJSC Transneft system carried 143.31 million tonnes of Russian export crude, other than Transneft - 15.725 million tonnes.

Transneft pumped 16.171 million tonnes to non-CIS countries last month, and there was 1.582 million tonnes exported other than by pipeline.

Via the Transneft system and through the port at Novorossiysk was shipped (including transit oil) 32.696 million tonnes of crude (3.358 million tonnes in September), through Tuapse - 0.74 million tonnes (none in September), Kozmino - 11.602 million tonnes (1.300 million tonnes), Primorsk - 52.555 million tonnes (6.006 million tonnes), and Ust-Luga - 8.785 million tonnes (1.893 million tonnes).

Rosneft exported via Transneft 45.132 million tonnes (5.309 million tonnes) to non-CIS countries in January-September, Lukoil - 19.88 million tonnes (1.925 million tonnes), Surgutneftegas - 19.229 million tonnes (2.327 million tonnes), TNK-BP Holding - 23.672 million tonnes (2.252 million tonnes), Gazprom Neft - 8.824 million tonnes (1.107 million tonnes), and Tatneft - 9.204 million tonnes (1.31 million tonnes).

Enterprises that are not part of vertically integrated oil companies shipped via Transneft to non-CIS countries 7.l939 million tonnes of oil over the nine months (0.873 million tonnes in September) and PSA operators - 1.162 million tonnes (0.131 million tonnes).

Kazakh oil transit amounted to 14.6 million tonnes (1.516 million tonnes, Azerbaijani - 1.434 million tonnes (0.16 million tonnes), and Turkmen - 0.014 million tonnes (none).

Russian oil companies exported 6.1% less oil year-on-year to CIS countries in January-September - 21.313 million tonnes in all (2.345 million tonnes last month). Deliveries to Ukraine were down 79% at 0.725 million tonnes (Russia has since March not been exporting oil to Ukraine). Exports of Russian crude to Kazakhstan were down 27.7% at 4.399 million tonnes (0.611 million tonnes).

On the other hand, oil exports to Belarus were up 23.2% at 16.189 million tonnes in January-September (1.734 million tonnes last month).
