Belarusian parliament adopts zero-free 2013 budget draft in first reading
MINSK. Oct 2 (Interfax) - The Belarusian parliament on Tuesday adopted the draft 2013 budget law in the first reading, an Interfax correspondent reported.
Consolidated budget revenue and spending in 2013 (including local budgets) is set at Br 197 trillion (31.3% of GDP), which in nominal terms is 25% more than what is forecast in the 2012 budget.
Central budget revenue and spending in 2013 is envisaged at Br 121.72 trillion (up 26.1% on 2012). Central budget subsidies and subventions for local budgets are to total Br 39.8 trillion.
