Russian foreign debt grows 4.4% to $597.7 bln in Q3 - CBR

MOSCOW. Oct 3 (Interfax) - Russia's foreign debts expanded 4.4% to $597.7 billion from $572.7 billion in the third quarter of this year, the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) says on its website.
