Rosneft to open bid book for 4th and 5th bond issues on Oct 10, coupon guidance set at 8.8%-9.1%
MOSCOW. Oct 4 (Interfax) - Oil company Rosneft plans to open the bid book for investors for its fourth and fifth bond series worth a combined 20 billion rubles on October 10, Sberbank CIB, one of issue organizers along with VTB Capital, Gazprombank and Raiffeisenbank, said in its materials.
Applications will be accepted until October 12. The placement on the MICEX by open subscription is preliminarily slated for October 16.
The first coupon guidance comes to 8.8%-9.1%, which corresponds to a yield on a five-year offer of 8.99%-9.31%.
The ten-year bonds have semiannual coupons.
In July, Russia's Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) registered Rosneft's bond issues four through 10, which will be placed by open subscription, worth a combined 90 billion rubles.
Rosneft currently does not have any regular bonds or Eurobonds in circulation.
