Ak Bars Bank to hold book building for BO-01 bonds on Oct 8-16

MOSCOW. Oct 5 (Interfax) - Ak Bars Bank will open the bid book for exchange bond series BO-01 worth 5 billion rubles at 10:00 am, Moscow time, October 8, the bank said in a statement.

The bank will accept applications until 6:00 pm Moscow time, October 16.

The technical placement on the MICEX by open subscription is preliminarily slated for October 18.

The three-year bonds have semiannual coupons.

It was earlier reported that the MICEX allowed the bank's exchange bond series BO-01 and BO-02 each worth 5 billion rubles for trading during their respective placements in October 10.

The bank currently has its fifth series classic bond issue worth 5 billion rubles in circulations. This issue matures on October 15, 2013.

Ak Bars Bank was 18th biggest bank by assets in Russia for the first half of 2012 according to the Interfax-100 ranking, compiled by the Interfax Center for Economic Analysis.
