Grain market interventions could run to some 1 mln tonnes before yr-end

MOSCOW. Oct 9 (Interfax) - Grain market commodity interventions could amount to around one million tonnes before this year is out, Russian Agriculture Minister Nikolai Fyodorov said during a press conference at Interfax.

That estimate is based on weekly interventions of 110,000 tonnes, which will persist unchanged until the end of this year, Fyodorov said.
