IPO organizers value Megafon at $12 bln-$14 bln

MOSCOW. Oct 9 (Interfax) - The organizers of a planned IPO by Megafon value the Russian cellular provider at $12 billion-$14 billion, a financial market source told Interfax.

The source said the price range was expected to be 20% below this. A source at an investment fund said the IPO price range might be $10 billion-$11 billion.

Another source said analysts at Credit Suisse, one of the IPO's five organizers, values Megafon at $12 billion-$16 billion.
