Gazprom sets 1st coupon rate for 7th bond series at 8.5% pa
MOSCOW. Oct 17 (Interfax) - Gazprombank has set the first coupon rate for its 7th bond series worth 10 billion rubles at 8.5% per annum, the lender said in a statement.
The rates of the second through sixth coupons will be equal to the first. Each coupon will have a payout of 42.38 rubles per bond, with face value of 1,000 rubles.
The coupon rate was established during book building. Gazprombank accepted applications on October 15 and 16. Technical placement of the bonds will take place on October 22.
Gazprombank's 7th bond series will mature after 1,456 days. A three-year offer has been announced for the issue.
The bonds will be paid out in semi-annual coupons.
On October 12, Gazprombank set the first coupon rate for its 10th, 11th and 12th bond series, each worth 10 billion rubles, at 8.5% per annum during book building. Technical placement of these bonds under open subscription on the MICEX is scheduled for October 18. The 10th series will mature in five years, the 11th - in seven years, and the 12th - in ten years. Each bond has a face value of 1,000 rubles. A three-year offer has been announced for the issues.
At the moment, Gazprombank also has three classical bond issues in circulation, worth a combined 45 billion rubles, as well as four exchange bond issues worth 40 billion rubles.
Gazprombank was Russia's third largest bank by assets at the end of H1 2012, according to the Interfax-100 ranking.
