Russia hopes to avoid excessive politicization of border talks with Estonia
MOSCOW. Oct 18 (Interfax) - Russia and Estonia will hold consultations on a border treaty soon, the Russian Foreign Ministry's official spokesman Alexander Lukashevich told a briefing on Thursday.
