Rostelecom to start book building for two bond issues on Oct 31
MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax) - OJSC Rostelecom plans to open the bid book on October 31 for bond issues 15 and 17 worth a combined 15 billion rubles, Sberbank CIB, which is organizing the placement along with Gazprombank and VTB Capital, said in its materials,
Applications will be accepted until November 1. The technical placement of the five-year bonds by open subscription on the MICEX is slated for November 7.
The first coupon guidance has been set at 8.45%-8.7%, which corresponds to a yield on a three-year offer of 8.63%-8.89%.
The issues have semiannual coupon payout. Each bond at face value comes to 1,000 rules.
Russia's Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) registered five bond issues for Rostelecom at the end of June worth a combined 40 billion rubles.
