Medvedev urges customs privileges for high added value goods

MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has proposed a privileged customs regime for high-tech exports with high added value.

"Companies that are involved in the high-tech sphere and specialize in exporting goods with high added value must enjoy special conditions. A full-scale green channel must be set up for them," Medvedev told an international conference on customs aspects of business.
