FFMS registers MMK's three bond issues worth 20 bln rubles

MOSCOW. Oct 31 (Interfax) - Russia's Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) has registered bond issues 18 through 20 along with their prospectus for OJSC Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK, Magnitogorsk), the FFMS said in a press release.

These issues will be placed by open subscription.

The issues received state registration numbers 4-18-00078-A through 4-20-00078-A.

Issues 18 and 19 each come to 5 billion rubles, issue 20 - 10 billion rubles. Each bond at face value comes to 1,000 rubles. The bonds will mature for 10 years.

The bonds have an option for preterm redemption at the issuer's discretion and at the request of bondholders.

MMK is one of the leading metallurgical producers in Russia. The main beneficiary in the company is its board chairman, Viktor Rashnikov.
