Belarus posts slight budget surplus in 9M
MINSK. Nov 1 (Interfax) - Belarus had a central budget surplus of 157.1 billion Belarusian rubles or 0.04% of GDP in January-September, the Finance Ministry said.
Revenue was 66.85 trillion rubles or 69.9% of the year's target, and spending was 66.69 trillion rubles or 69.6%.
The government is planning a balanced budget with revenue of 92.77 trillion rubles this year as a whole.
