Colonel Yury Budanov murder case sent to court
MOSCOW. Nov 2 (Interfax) - The materials relating to the criminal case involving Yusup Temerkhanov, who is charged with murdering former colonel Yury Budanov, have been sent to court, where the case will be tried on its merits, Vladimir Markin from the Investigations Committee told Interfax.
