UTair-Finance to open bid book for BO-09 and BO-10 worth 3 bln rubles on Nov 7
MOSCOW. Nov 2 (Interfax) - LLC UTair-Finance has plans to start the placement of exchange bonds BO-09 and BO-10 worth a combined 3 billion rubles on November 16, the company said in a statement.
The bid book opens at 12:00 pm Moscow time, November 7. BK Region will accept applications until 3:00 pm Moscow time, November 14.
The technical placement of the three-year issues by open subscription on the MICEX is slated for November 16.
It was earlier reported that the first coupon guidance comes to 11.25%-11.75%, which corresponds to a yield on a yearly offer of 11.74%-12.28%.
The bonds have quarterly coupon payouts.
Each issue comes to 1.5 billion rubles. Each bond at face value stands at 1,000 rubles. Coupons two through four carry the first coupon rate.
The issue organizers are Promsvyazbank , BK Region, Petrocommerce Bank , and Ursa Capital.
The company earlier planned to place the issues in August but the placement timeframe was changed.
The MICEX decided to allow UTair-Finance's exchange bond issues BO-06 through BO-16 worth a combined 16 billion rubles for trading during placements in December 2011.
