RZD's conservative estimates allow for 0.5% decrease in loading in 2013

MOSCOW. Nov 2 (Interfax) - OJSC Russian Railways (RZD) allows for a 0.5% decline in loading next year in its conservative estimates, according to company materials read by Interfax.

"The rather high loading dynamic (+2.5%) forecast for 2013 is optimistic. The conservative freight loading dynamic for 2013 is estimated at between -0.5% and +1.4% over the expected result for 2012," RZD said.
