Training jet crashes near Ryazan, pilot and cadet are dead - source

MOSCOW/RYZAN. Nov 7 (Interfax) - A Yakovlev Yak-18T training jet crashed in the Ryazan region; reportedly two people are dead, a Ryazan law enforcement source told Interfax.

"The crash happened near the Petelino airfield at approximately 2:40 p.m. Moscow time," he said.

According to the source, an instructor and a cadet are dead.
