Novolipetsk Steel forecasts steelmaking to decrease 2% to 3.7 mln tonnes in Q4

MOSCOW. Nov 9 (Interfax) - OJSC Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) forecasts its steelmaking to decrease by 2% to 3.7 million tonnes in the fourth quarter of 2012, the company said in a statement.
