Putin invites Obama to visit Russia in 2013
MOSCOW. Nov 9 (Interfax) - President Vladimir Putin has invited his U.S. counterpart Barack Obama to visit Russia in 2013.
"I am looking forward to the opportunity to continue our committed and sincere dialogue. I hope you will make use of the invitation to arrive in Russia on a visit next year," Putin said in a telegram to Obama.
