Polyplast IPO pricing range 357-417 rubles per share

MOSCOW. Nov 9 (Interfax) - The pricing range for Russian chemicals group Polyplast's IPO is 357-417 rubles per share, say materials produced by the placement organizers.

The base valuation of the company is 5.514 billion rubles, and factoring in a 10% discount for investors - 4.963 billion rubles.

Polyplast pans to open the bid book November 26 and close it November 29.

The plan calls for the placement of from 20% to 24% of increased charter capital.
