ChTPZ Group delivers 1,500 tonnes of pipe to Brazil for first time

YEKATERINBURG. Nov 13 (Interfax) - The ChTPZ Group has supplied its own pipe products to Brazil for the first time, with the order amounting to 1,500 tonnes, the company said in a statement.

ChTPZ delivered seamless pipes made of carbon steel to its Brazilian customer. This particular good is used in practically all industries, including chemicals and energy, machine-building, the automotive industry, the aviation sector and shipbuilding.

Interfax has not obtained information about the cost of the contract or the name of the company that bought the seamless pipes.

The ChTPZ Group manages the iron and steel enterprises Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant (ChelPipe), OJSC Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (PNTZ), scrap metal company LLC Meta, the metal trading subdivision CJSC Uraltrubostal Trading House, and an oil service division represented by Rimera. Arkley Capital manages the group's assets.
