Man charged with "hooliganism" for Moscow wedding gunfire
MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - A man has been charged with "hooliganism" for firing an airgun during a wedding in Moscow on Monday, the city police authority said on Tuesday.
The 18-year-old man, a native of Azerbaijan, "fired at least five shots from an airgun, grossly violating public order, neglecting generally accepted public rules of behavior, and endangering the life and health of people," the authority told Interfax.
