Russian-Finnish commission may help solve family disputes - Medvedev

MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has proposed setting up a Russian-Finnish commission for settling family and marriage disputes.

Custody of Russian children in Finland "is a rather complex aspect of our relationship," he said in an interview with the Finnish media ahead of a visit to Finland.
