Chlorine outburst kills 3 at chemical plant in Perm territory
MOSCOW. Nov 14 (Interfax) - Three people have been killed and two others injured as chlorine leaked out of a tank at a chemical plant in the Perm territory, the Emergency Situations Ministry's local department told Interfax.
"The incident happened at a titanium-amalgam alloy plant at 1:55 p.m. Moscow time. A chlorine outburst occurred due to a tank leakage, killing three people," it said.
Two other people have been hospitalized with poisoning symptoms, it said.
