Ex-Deputy Regional Development Minister Panov charged with fraud during construction of facilities for APEC summit
MOSCOW. Nov 15 (Interfax) - Former Russian Deputy Regional Development Minister Roman Panov has been formally charged with stealing 93 million rubles worth of budget funds intended for the construction of facilities for the September 2012 APEC summit in Vladivostok, a source in the Interior Ministry's press center has told Interfax.
"The official is accused of large-scale fraud committed by an organized group," the source said.
