Defense Ministry property complex in Moscow region sold to foreigner at reduced price - source

MOSCOW. Nov 16 (Interfax) - The complex of buildings in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region was sold by Defense Ministry officials to a foreigner at a price reduced by more than RUB1 billion, a source in the law enforcement agencies told Interfax on Friday.

The property complex, which is composed of seventy buildings that were earlier used for military equipment and weapons maintenance, was bought by an Indian businessman, the source said.

"Investigators are now working to determine if there is has been a crime," the source said.
