Medvedev inks resolution on sale to BP of 5.66% of Rosneft stock in TNK-BP deal

MOSCOW. Nov 22 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a resolution sanctioning the sale by Rosneftegas of 5.66% of the stock in OJSC Rosneft , the prime minister's press secretary, Natalya Timakova, has told the press.

The buyer will be BP Plc. This is part of Rosneft buying TNK-BP , in which BP currently holds 50%.
