Central Bank registers 3 bln rubles in debut bonds for Otkritie Bank
MOSCOW. Nov 23 (Interfax) - The Central Bank of Russia has registered 3 billion rubles in debut bonds for Bank Otkritie, the latter said in a statement.
The bonds will mature in five years.
The bank was Russia's 35th largest by assets, according to the Interfax-100 ranking at the end of Q3 2012.
