Putin and Azerbaijan leaders discuss "issues in bilateral relations"
MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - The presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev, "discussed some issues in bilateral relations" during a phone call on Thursday, the Russian president's office said in a statement.
