Russian govt stake in Inter RAO to be consolidated at Rosneftegaz in 2013-15
MOSCOW. Dec 3 (Interfax) - The stakes in OJSC Inter RAO UES that belong to the Russian government and state-owned companies will be consolidated at OJSC Rosneftegaz within three years, according to a letter penned by Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich to President Vladimir Putin on November 28 and made available to Interfax.
In particular, the government will transfer its 14.8% stake in Inter RAO to Rosneftegaz in 2013.
In 2013-2015, the government will undertake measures to acquire or receive trust management by Rosneftegaz of the Inter RAO stakes that currently belong to OJSC RusHydro , OJSC Federal Grid Company UES and Russian State Nuclear Energy Company Rosatom, the letter said.
