KRASNODAR. Dec 3 (Interfax) - More than 7,000 officials and businessmen took part in the 11th Sochi International Investment forum held in the host city of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games on September 20-23. The participants included Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Prime Ministers Olga Golodets and Dmitry Kozak, and a number of cabinet ministers.

The Sochi forum was attended by delegations from Austria, Italy, Germany, the United States, France, Turkey, and from over three dozen other countries.

Fifty-five Russian regions presented their expositions. Exhibition pavilions sprawled across 15,000 square meters. Over the past decade, the Sochi forum has become one of Russia
